The Newcastle Entertainment Centre and Showground (NECS) is conducting a survey to help it improve access for people with disability. This survey will provide feedback on the things that affect how people with disability (including age related and temporary disability) use and attend the Venue.

You are invited to complete this survey if you:

• have a disability
• have someone in your family with disability
• have a friend with disability
• provide support for someone with disability
• have an interest in improving access for people with disability
