Since 1991 we have been working with people to see what they can achieve so they can realise their goals. We supply workers for real jobs that pay real wages for adults with an intellectual disability.

Our employment partnerships

University of Newcastle

We have a longstanding partnership with the University of Newcastle working in a supported environment to improve the natural bushland campus. Our team members onsite learn the value of teamwork, enjoy working outdoors, and feel a valued part of the University community while developing important social skills.

Healthcare Laundry

Working within the Healthcare laundry at Cardiff, our teams develop valuable vocation skills laundering linens for NSW Government Hospitals. They develop teamwork skills and forge valuable friendships and working relationships.

Kmart Waratah

At a local Kmart store, our teams provide an important service unloading trucks ready to sell on the floor. They develop new skills and learn about teamwork in a friendly environment.

Our new lawncare service

A new service at Delando, launched late 2020, offers lawn care service employment for team members who are ready for a new challenge. With quality equipment including a ride-on mower and a range of gardening tools, this supported environment offers a new experience for workers looking for more independence, under the guidance of a trained support worker.
