Application process
ADHC is currently accepting applications from new applicants and people who were unsuccessful in their application for the Supported Living Fund in Rounds 1 and 2.
Electronic and printed versions of the My Proposal form can be obtained from the ADHC website, or by contacting the 1800 242 636 info line, or ADHC regional offices.
What is the Supported Living Fund?
The Supported Living Fund (SLF) is a new type of accommodation support funding for people with a disability aged 18 to 64 years averaging $50,000 per person per annum. It enables people with a disability, along with their family and carers to create living arrangements that suit the person’s life and preferences, gives access to paid supports and services, and to plan for their future. The funding is portable, remains with the individual and is administered by a service provider of the person’s choice.
