Delando provides caring, respectful support services for adults with an intellectual disability.
With 70-years’ experience in Newcastle and the Hunter, we work with people and our community to deliver tailored programs to enable people to reach their goals.

Delando offers tailored long-term, professional permanent and part-time supported employment opportunities to bring out the best in every person.

We partner with trusted employers to provide supported employment services to enable people to become an independent member of the community.

Each employee receives ongoing support and training to bring out their best.

We offer supervision and work plans personally designed to enable supported employees to participate fully in their employment, with the goal of long-term job stability.

As an NDIS accredited service provider, we work with you to attain maximum entitlements and benefits for all employees.

We ensure that each participant and supported employee’s dignity and personal rights and safety are protected. Always.

Everyone is an individual: we work with your level of support needs, and your long and short-term goals.
